Past/current Agencies and reasons for leaving: Fatality, no AvA and I'm paying 25% tax for nothing (not that I'm not willing to pay that for an active agency)

Why do you want to join Protocol?: I want to do a lot of AvA and some coordinated PvP and Protocol seems to have a lot of the first.

How many nights per week can you make Citadel? Warlord? Other availability?: Most of the week at around 8-12pm, perhaps earlier for getting on.
