We need an active, in-agency player to help with coding the site because I'm too dumb. If you think you can do it say so. What's needed is

New Background / Scroll down on page
Add all other ~20 videos & add scroll bar
Content in About Us
Content on Right Column of front page
Content in Blog section

All of the content stuff will be frequently updated, which is why this person needs to be around frequently.
