Why do you want to join Protocol?: After getting experience in AvA with a few smaller groups of people i'd like to move up to a more serious Agency.

played in the premier bracket for CAL (Cyberathlete Amateur League). You start at Cal-O (Open) and if your team is above average move on to Cal-M (Main). If you do exceedingly well youre put into Cal-P and if you win most of your matches you are invited to Cal-I (Invite) which is the most prestigious bracket. This is also when your team was sent to CPL (Cyberathlete Professional League) in Dallas to compete for money.

Unfortunately the CPL lost alot of corporate sponsors (Nvidia, ATI, Intel) and stopped hosting tournaments about a year ago when the economy was hurting. Apparantly paying kids 25,000 dollars to win a CS tournament wasn't in their financial interest.
